Item was received broken.

Giftymize, I responded that the mug was received broken. Was asked to send picture which I did. 12/18/23 I was told would reprint and send a replacement. As of today, 12/26/23, I have not be advised that the replacement had been shipped and have not received a replacement. When I receive the replacement mug as ordered, I will reevaluate the rating. This is such an adorable mug! I'm gifting it to my sister, and I know she's going to love it. The artwork is great—I almost want to buy one for everyone I know who has pets!
